DrainCam for the win! More specifically Dale and Kyle, these gentlemen are a cut above.Great communication before, during and after.Diagnosed the issue while explaining things to me(had a few question). Within 20 mins they gave me a run down of all my options to move forward, and a quote with the option to fix the issue on the spot. Also needs to be mentioned, my dog is a blind rescue and she was beyond comfortable with Dale and Kyle in and out of the house. Thanks again folks!

I highly recommend Drain Cam for your plumbing needs. They are super professional, kind and responsible with their services. I had a drain pipe rupture from my bathroom sink and they quickly diagnosed the situation and replaced it the day after I called. Their was some water leaking after the install and they quickly came to check it out until they were sure everything was fine! Really easy to communicate with and they went above and beyond my expectations. The price for the job was very fair too!

DrainCam crew did a great job in making my basement bathroom a reality. Extremely professional crew, quick yet thorough work. We hired Master George and Master Richard to replace valves on numerous occasions. They are reliable, trustworthy and reasonable in their rates. For preventative maintenance, they came in last year to replace the kitchen valves of 3 apartments. They came back this year to replace the bathroom valves of the same apartment. They worked with the building manager to do the main shut-off and my tenants for access. The gate valves were swapped with low-profile, quarter-turn Dahl ball vales. The solder job was neat, and the work was professional. They are not the type to complain, fuss about little issues, and demand more money for small details. I recommend this team if you are an out-of-town landlord looking for a turnkey plumbing team in London. Don

Rob came to install a new bathroom sinkinto my existing vanity. He was kind, polite and efficient. My dog was a fan too. I’m really happy with the silicone application as it’s smooth and even, no clumps or sloppy work. He was also diligent in cleaning up any mess he made. You can call me a very satisfied customer. Just from a phone call, I can tell these guys are amazing!I can't use them for my plumbing needs, but I called for a plumbing supply after hours. And I feel much better having spoken to him & not being laughed at for my abnormal request to buy a sump pump at 10 at night like a late night drive through. He even answered a stupid question with the assurance no question is stupid.That's the kind of interaction that would have them do everything plumbing related if not 75 km away.I recommend

These guys were great! Fast, professional and very reasonable. We have a dry basement again! They also cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a trace that they were here. They even cleaned off my basement stairs! I highly recommend them.

Called DrainCam with a clogged kitchen sink. George was awesome. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and what he was doing. He was polite and courteous. He unclog it, repiped everything the proper way. When he filed the sink to test it he wasn't happy with how it was draining, so he resnaked the pipe until he got water tornados when it drained. Very pleased with the service. I will call again if I have the need. Thank you George, appreciate your hard work.

DrainCam is professional and responsive. They arrived when they said they would and George responded very quickly to my questions. The work they did is high quality and looks amazing. New shower install (along with moving drain in concrete), install of toilet and vanity. George, Dale and Mike all showed professionalism in every interaction. Highly recommend this company.

The professional technicians showed up when they said, same day i called and even worked late on a friday evening and got to business.They preformed way better than the other plumber I had earlier, and fixed the clogged line which was tricky as some of the plumbing was done wrong. I should of called drain cam first.The wife and I are so happy to be able to use the water and drains again in the house.I would strongly recommend using them for any of their services.They even provided a quote to reinstall the piping that wasn't to code.

I read the online good reviews before I hired this company to unclog my kitchen sinks. We used different companies before and could not get at the heart of the issue. These guys had the patience and creativity to help. They found two auger heads stuck in the drain pipe. With much time and creativity they got them out, where other companies could not accomplish the job or even attempt to do so. Thank you, George and Kyle.

We needed to install a sump pit and pump to resolve our basement flooding problem. The team at DrainCam completed the project on time and on budget. Called on Saturday morning with what I thought was a major toilet issue, and an extremely nice polite and knowledgeable skilled plumber (Dale) arrived quickly and solved my problem in no time. We had contacted them in regards to an issue that arose after we moved into our newly built home. We had issues and didn’t want to use the original plumbing company that did our home.They came out quickly and all were very professional and friendly.We were smelling sewage in our new home and with the quick response of Draincam and fitting us in to fix this issue. I called drain cam to snake and camera my sewer pipe. After inspection and they showed me the issues that were found causing my basement flood. I received a quote and description of the work that needed to be done and they were able to perform the work needed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Timely and high quality service! My sewer line was broken in multiple places which caused water to flood into my basement. After speaking with other plumbers to try to resolve the issue I met George from DrainCam. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job with urgency. He also helped me understand what actually needed to be done vs what other plumbers were trying to sell me. More-over he delivered with quality ensuring backups wouldn’t occur in the future on the city side of the sewer line. If I could give a 6th star I would!

Even though we didn't end up using the services of Drain Cam may I say that the evaluation and appt. in our office was informative and efficient. We met Drain Cam at the St. Thomas Home-show and were impressed by the customer service. Following up on appointments set and discussing the matter in detail. Arrived on time and very respectful of our home/office space and family. The guys went above and beyond to check all drains and teach us so much about our 1950's space. They gave us a great referral and confirmed our hired contractor was a great choice to solve our water issues from the outside. Would highly recommend and appreciate all the service they provided for us!

A very professional and honest company. They used their contact with the city to get them to fix the sewer pipe that we have been having issues with for 15+ years. They could have insisted that I needed to line my whole pipe but instead they were just happy that they could help me. I would highly recommend DrainCam. George and the guys were amazing.

We have had an ongoing issue with our plumbing. We called Draincam and George and Dale were able to come over that day and determine the issue.They were very professional and explained what the problem was and how to resolve it.They sent a quote that day and we booked them for an extensive repair they were able to book the next week.Both times George and Dale came they were professional, efficient and they cleaned up after.I would highly recommend them.
